I live in a house of skinny-minnies! My husband, my two sons, and my grand-daughter are all skinny, skinny, skinny. They can eat a whole cake by themselves and lose weight. Where the heck was I when they were handing out that kind of metabolism?! But you know what? It's all good. I may not be losing the weight super fast but I know that I am much more aware of what is healthy! I like that I am eating healthier than I ever have before. Even if it takes longer for me to lose it, I am getting healthier!
