Okay since June 2018 I lost roughly 64 lbs. along with 10 inches off of my waist. However, I really haven't lost much weight since December 1. Kinda been at a holding pattern. I've been averaging 1400 - 1600 calories a day for several weeks. I have to get back to outside so I can start moving around again. However the weather has not been good for walking outside. Went with my son to his gym to use the treadmills however, the place is very crowded right now. He suggests I wait another couple of months. My feelings are if I wait the weather will be better and I will not have use the treadmill. I can take Chip the Park with has natural rolling hills and such to walk on. Because of my asthma I cannot walk fast, but I have to imagine any walking is better than none.
