Finally did my 3rd walk of the week yesterday and then surprised myself by asking to go again today!!! 4 walks this week! That's 25k steps in 5 days! I'm averaging about 5k a day! Now to be fair I'm not going to move for the next 2...I hurt too much and have things to do so...but that is totally a record for me. I have never been so happy to hurt! I'm not making myself do it again...I said the goal was 3 a week and I'm sticking to it. I don't want to fail because I rushed it but if I can do more...I certainly will!!
