Yesterday I ended up eating out with mom at the local Mexican restaurant. I had 2 enchilada's w/ red sauce, beans, and rice. a few tortilla chips with salsa. For breakfast I had 4 slices of turkey bacon 2 eggs and 3 biscuits. Wow... I really got off track yesterday... after eating the biscuits I decided.. I'll just make this the free meal instead of Saturday like normal. Boy do I feel guilty. I didn't track the calories to the T like I normally do Yesterday was just a big disappointment on my part. So today I'm holding onto some fluid @ 308.8 that's a 0.8 lb gain. Can't complain too much as I expected it.
