dropped a few more pounds and it feels good. i am definitely not as hard core as i was when i did the atkins diet 5 years ago - i basically did induction for 6 months! this time i am eating a bit more balanced and i refuse to let tomato season pass me by as well as the ocassional quarter slice of peach (only 2 grams of carbs!).
