yikes! i messed up on my calorie count today, guys. I accidentally went over my calorie limit by 200cals, although I ate all healthy, low carb foods the mistake I made was not realize how many cals were in an avocado and I had two of them today. 🙄 that's gonna halt progress for today but the day isnt over yet, I'm gonna go for a walk at the park or maybe jog around the block to make up for it. Maybe this will help.
