Keto Baked Scallion Fathead Buns recipe by me aka moopie aka @sexy_keto
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp full fat cream cheese
1 egg medium
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt to taste
2 stalks of green onion, sliced thin
Directions:
1. Mix cheese almond flour and cream cheese. Microwave for 60 seconds,
2. Add egg, baking powder, green onion and salt. Mix gently.
3. Divide the dough into six equal parts. Roll into balls then flatten slightly.
4. Place onto baking tray lined parchment paper or silicon baking sheet. Bake at 410 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
