Happy Friday Fs'ers!
I was slightly surprised this morning when I got on the scale. I was guessing I had put on more than just 3.5 lbs. I am still under 180 and that is ok by me. I was kinda bad yesterday at lunch. Our long time, well loved VP is leaving the company after 20+ years, collectively, working for the company. The team got a catered lunch by one of the mexican restaurants in the area. I kept out of the beans and rice, had 2 tacos and a small cheese enchilada, which was gross. For dinner, I had chicken, broccoli and tator tots... and 3 reeces peanut butter cups... damn Halloween candy :( I did finish it off with a protein shake, so I know I was well over my RDI, but I wanted to make sure I got my protein in.
Today, I am starting off much better. It should be a good day at work, followed by a quick trip to the store for fruits, veggies and meats, then home to cook and clean. I have no kid this weekend so I am hoping to get myself motivated to get some exersize..... my knee still hurts though so I may need to keep it easy.
