Hurricane Sally really messed up my diet. I was with out power for a few days, the roof of my gym blew off and the power was out there. Stuck home eating snacking, eating and drink alcohol way to much.I feel like I gained 10 pounds. I still have abs but there are soft now. SMH . Time to get back in shape.
