BG 97, 8093 steps; this morning, which came very early. Sometimes I wake up really early like this morning. I was out of bed at 4am! Very odd especially for me who just a few months ago couldn't function on less than 10-12 hours of sleep. No, literally I couldn't stand up. I had goop in my eyes, was very cranky and disoriented and the pain was awful. Of course I'm still reminded I have fibro as it's still tough to move my cement legs and feet and YES there is STILL pain but my inflammation has decreased and my mind is clearer. It's just weird to wake up after only 6 hours of sleep and be AWAKE. This isn't the first time. It's been happening at least once a week since I cut out grains. Today it's raining and cold (48 degrees) and this kind of wet cold ALWAYS keeps me medicated and in bed ALL day. Am I in pain? YES, but I am dealing with it better now. I can't help but wonder how much grains and sugars contribute to fibromyalgia and chonic fatigue. Could there be a link from unDXD pre-diabetes or diabetes 2? hmmmmm.....
