Diario de Grama2000, 16 jun. 10

I have stepped up the workout from 2 circuits to 3 hoping to jump start some weight loss! Does anyone on here know if working out in the morning before eating is a good weight loss idea ? That is what I have been doing.

Wow! You've got me beat all to heck on working out! Way to go! I was happy that I am doing 35 min.aerobic and 35 min treadmill! Congrats on the inch loss too!
