I am doing a form of the paleo diet where instead of completely denying yourself the foods that you crave, you keep track of those during the week and then defer them to your planned cheat day once a week. It is nice to know that you can look forward to a little indulgence on the weekend without completely abandoning your diet, because it is part of your diet plan. I have 40 pounds to lose and this is the most enjoyable diet I've tried.
