Oh my, oh my! I have to go to the doc tomorrow. I called and made an appointment. I've been feeling light headed, dizzy and tearful. I'd check my blood sugar, and it was normal. On a hunch, I borrowed a blood pressure monitor. My highest reading today was 88/51, after I did a little work in the kitchen. I was too light headed to do much. I think it's time to go off the high blood pressure med. I'll let the doctor tell me that. I've lost over 30 pounds since the last time I was there in mid-April. When she asks me what I've been doing, I'm going to tell her the New Atkins diet, and until I started getting all light-headed and dizzy from my blood pressure being so low, I was feeling GOOD. lol
