Alright guys, so I ended up eating past my calories yesterday and snacking on foods that I wasnt supposed to eat.☹ ( Potstickers and Pita Chips ) I couldn't help myself, before I knew it I had finished the whole tray of Potstickers and a good amount of pita chips. I felt like crap but I havent given up, today I am limiting my carbs and cals. I need to dig deep for some self motivation to keep myself from falling back into old habits, I am disappointed in my mistake BUT I just knew it was a moment of weakness and the next day I'm right back on my eating routine. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I would love to hear how you overcame your temptations and focused on your goal. Thanks again for everything guys! You have all been a big part of my lifestyle change, seeing your likes and comments really encourages me to keep fighting.

We all back track sometimes. The key is to acknowledge it then move on and you've done that,terrific. Now hit your fridge, freezer and cabinets and toss,give away or donate the food you know you shouldn't eat. Have at it, I have faith in you🙋
