I stepped on the scale this morning and was 155. I was 156/157 yesterday and then after I ate this morning I evened out at 157 even though I said I wouldn't record my weight I couldn't resist.
I didnt feel like working out yesterday but I have some motivational pictures with sayings on my desktop and it motivated me enough to go pump iron for half an hour an then use my treadmill in front of the tv for an hour.
I find it kind of odd I do not suffer any kind of serious hunger but I think that I am finally eating healthier then I have for a long time. I just am still in awe with how well the weight watchers point system is working. I am almost worried I am losing weight to fast but like any good diet change the most weight comes off in the beginning and then tends to even out after the first month.
If I lose 1-2 lbs a week after this initial period then that is fine too. I just want to reach my goal of 125 lbs in six months at the latest. My boyfriend even tells me I look different..lol maybe its an exaggeration on his part I dont know. One thing I think is wikid is that my treadmill is in the nice warmth of my home in front of the tv so there is no exuse not to work it.
