Hi, CajunLadyTiger! To change your "Image": (1) click the "MY FATSECRET" tab at the top of the webpage. (2) Scroll down the right side of the page to "MY TOOLBOX" and click "My Image." (3) On the new page that opens, you can (A) upload a picture from your computer OR (B) select a new "cartoon" from the "Image Gallery." After you upload or select a new cartoon, remember to click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

I just read your profile, CajunLadyTiger -- On the question of drinking enough water: I sip water constantly throughout the day. I make sure I have water *right* next to me, wherever I am. I have a case of 16.9-oz bottles from Aldi in my car, within reach, in front of the front passenger's seat. I keep a full 12-oz. glass of water next to my customary seat in the living room and refill it the moment it goes dry. Next to my La-Z-Boy, in my salon*, I have another 8-oz. glass and a half-gallon bottle of water that also gets refilled as soon as I empty it.

*Salon -- We have a 1400-sf house with three smallish bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A couple of years ago, chronic back pain forced me to move from our shared MBR to a separate bedroom where I sleep in my recliner. (I have back issues that don't require surgery but make it uncomfortable to sleep laying flat. I asked an orthopedic surgeon, "What do you advise for people who're only comfortable sleeping in a recliner?" Smiling, he answered, "I advise them to sleep in a recliner!") I kid my husband each night, as I "repair to the salon" -- my room! It's furnished with bookshelves, a desk, and a side table. I'm surrounded by all my favorite things: my books, a TV, more books, family pictures, treasured religious images and other art, additional books, and more books... It's heaven! (And my husband doesn't begrudge me my "tchotchkes" -- aka knicknacks!)

@annhuang123 and @tonkin2 -- You're welcome! -- I volunteer as a "streaming assistant" for a Catholic publisher that offers streamed Bible study and adult faith formation video courses online. The audience is mostly retired, mostly female, folks that are unfamiliar with their computers. They're timid about just clicking around the different links on a webpage and exploring. I know the feeling too well! *Geniuses* feel like instant "Dummies" when it comes to computers!
