Challenge for today is Control !! Celebrating St Patty’s day which is a big partying day for our family but also a high sodium day. Unfortunately I retain fluids so expect a weight gain tomorrow. Ugh figured I just eat the corn beef and cabbage refraining from all the other foods but sure I’m going for some of those yummy drinks. Hoping only one Was told by a another fs member go enjoy and restart tomorrow- but still worried. Worked so hard to get to this point
