I have now lost the weight from Saturday weight loss yesterday was 0.4kg so do as much damage as I can until I go out again Saturday plan to do official weigh in Saturday morning it will be early as I’m going out at 8am

Still got 8.8kg to lose but my BMI is about 10kg lower than that so I have a bit of scope when maintaining but when I go away in may I will put on weight but be easy to put right it’s a journey right 😉👍
