You have come far along your weight loss journey. This too will be a obstacle you will over come I am sure. Stay positive. 

mine started in the early 90's. i went and had my hair cut short on sides and back. the top was longer and my stylest curled it and comb it over to look fuller. I KNOW how upsetting this is. you will find away around this, PLEASE don't let it change your life. good luck bj 

I don;t know what you are going through, but I sympahize and wish you well. I know people with depression-like tendencies or have am inclination to be generally "down" and believe it or not, regular exercise helps them stay positive and gives them a boost in their morale (endorphins!) as well as their health. Maybe this coudl help you too? Good luck.

Hi, I understand feeling depressed well. I just go one day at a time. Remember "a problem shared is a problem halved". And Hey your weight graph is going down - Fantastic. You can do it. 

hi! i am sorry that you are losing your hair - i know how precious it is to us ladies. unfortunately i dont have any remedies or helpful tips but i am always here for you to chat to and a shoulder(even if it is only a virtual one) to lean on. keep your chin up!
