I Just thought I'd share a quick thought with my FS friends, I love my Bodyfat because it keeps me alive, it may be annoying at times but I've accepted it and I hope all you can accept yours to.

Now let me explain why I've come to love my body:

1. fat stores on our bodies in cells so It doesn't float around in our flood and block our veins and arteries (Death).

2. Constant goals to strive for

3. constant room for improvement

4.It has developed me into the person I am today because I've had to adapt and change to my circumstances

5.There are 3 types of fat which are non-thermogenic white fat, Semi-thermogenic beige fat and my personal favourite Thermogenic Brown fat which help us keep warm and lose White fat.

6. Last but not least I have loved and been loved because of the way I look because It makes me who I am.

Ask yourself "Would I be where I am today and have what I have if I didn't look like I do?"
