First day back at school on the diet! So far I have only eaten 877 calories which is pretty good. I had Raisin Bran, string cheese and fruit punch for breakfast, and a salad with cheese and ranch for lunch.

Great job mostly, but you have a sweet tooth. Girl Scout Cookies taste good, but bad for dieting. Fruit taste good and good for dieting. The more cookies/candy I eat, the more cookies/candy I want to eat. I had to deal with it. Also you need more protein. You are young and a guy. Need protein to build muscle.
