Tried posting to everyone but goofed again. !!! Just want to clarify and extend to all fs members. Wasn’t looking for a pity party. Being a perfectionist can be self defeating. Feel guilty not reaching out to everyone to give support and advise you all deserve. You are all welcoming and helpful with support and advise. Hopefully I can do better extending the same back. Like I said need to find me - anything but selfish Don’t know why I let this diet change me but I’ve been in back ground cheering for all
