Weighted self. Keeps creeping up regardless of increasing exercise. Can not lift weights due to shoulder injuries. Given by ortho weight restriction - tired of making excuses of water retention and no BM No weight loss even an oz since 3/20 Reviewed since started 1/10 - appears the only loss related to exercise needs to be above calorie intake which is generally below 800 even with IF. Never been a quitter but have been worn down. Sorry everyone that has supported me through thick and thin but if I could see any results I’d be a happy camper Tried all sugg
