Diario de Dee_T, 01 abr. 19

The doctor halved my blood-pressure medication, and I'm sleeping much better now. I took a 3-hour nap yesterday, and was still able to sleep 8 hours last night (woohoo!). Not sure if cause and effect, but my fasting blood-sugar this morning was awesome. (98).
