You only have a few pounds left to lose. It took my friend 6 months to lose the last 10 pounds. The last few can be the hardest and take the longest. Are you exercising? Exercise can be your best friend when getting those last pounds off, firming up and keeping the weight off. Are you drinking water? (Flushes out sodium). Are you eating too many processed foods? (tons of sodium). Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about "what" you eat and not just "how much". Eating too little won't necessarily help you get to goal. When you have a few days of eating more it will come back on quickly. You might try caloric cycling (zig zag calories daily). Good luck!
