Not much weight loss yet, but is only the beginning and I am trying to exercise as well as eat well and watch the calories. Very happy with my menu and balance. Popcorn is a great filler for days i lack the fiber needed to meet the 25 required. As muscle weights more than fat, i am sure that is the reason why there is not much difference in actual weight. All is good and I am feeling great and even better...never hungry. Good food. Good Choices.
