Diario de Sheawyn, 23 abr. 19

Was all motivated yesterday to get my training and healthy eating habits going well again... then wake up this morning after a bad night all congested and with a very sore throat. Has happened every time I’ve wanted to get my training going again this year. Very frustrating!
