Hi All, I have decided that now is the time to restart my journey after the birth of my daughter 7 weeks ago. I'm not going to massively restrict myself to start as I am a breastfeeding Mummy, however I do need to start exercising some control over the 10 ton of chocolate I consume daily!! Joining FS is what helped me lose the weight and fall pregnant in the first place so I know this is the right community to help me do it again.
