EXCELLENT!!!! You have done fantastic and will inspire me to keep going. Today is not the greatest day. I am very tired and I missed exercise yesterday as I was so tired. My first goal is to get down to 210 which is where I was after losing 30 lbs last year. My next mini goal is 200 so hopefully I will be able to celebrate as you are. You ae doing it the right way with a lifestyle change as you cannot stick to a 'diet' forever. Again, congratulations
