Diario de MMarree, 07 may. 08

I was amazed this week when I went to the doctor's office and weighed in at 131. I had to go home to double check that my scale wasn't off by three/four pounds. Happy to say that both scales are accurate. Again...I think the running has really helped tremendously. I have also been watching more of what I eat and drink. Starting to rethink my goal weight though...I wonder if I'm "overdoing it." I am starting to really like my body as it is now and feel like if I drop those ten more pounds it might be too much. We'll see. I'll just keep doing the right things and see where that takes me.

wow! Good for you! That is a low number. Also it's good that you are realizing you are happy with where you are at now. It's a great weight you are at. I wish we could all stop striving all the time to keep getting thinner and enjoy our accomplishments and hard work. Sounds like you've done a great job!
