I can at least say I've eaten reasonably well in the last week, I lost 8lbs to get to 258.
As I had succumbed to the pleasures of alcohol and takeaways over the last two months... badly and hit over 19st!
Still the mirror keeps telling me the truth and that's why I guess I'm still here.
