Was absolutely knackered the whole week, but today is the first day of having some energy back!! Either ketosis is starting to kick in, or I'm just having that Friday feeling..
67,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

And the weight recording has a bug in it..it doesn't take into account if you change the start weight in the settings.. Boo!

At least I am not the only one who entered an inaccurate weight and am now stuck with it. It makes me wince a bit every time I see my stats showing that I am still above my starting weight when I have actually lost about 4 pounds. The site overall shows the correct numbers but the LCHF section ignores it. Boo, indeed!
