day 358...GOOOOOOOD MORNING FS AND ALL MY BUDDIES!!!!! ..wow...kinda cool this morning once i got outta bed ...54..but in the 70s again later this afternoon...had rain again yesterday afternoon...kind of surprised we didnt have bad storms for as humid as it felt...we are gettin more rain then we need at this time..grass is grown great, but the farmers are runnin behind cause of it..im havin heavy cream wiithdrawals since i got off it yesterday...just kidding..my protein drink just isnt as creamy..lol...o well..im sure i will get along without it...gonna have to get my sweats bck out, and i just hung em up yesterday to..thinkin i wouldnt need them anymore cause it was gonna be nicer out in the monrings..gonna be another busy day today...anymore every day is a busy day..but the busier they are, then the more im up and moving...seems like the weeks fly by anymore...well hope evryone is doing great...more to come later..
addon... got my walk in, gonna have to add alittle more onto my walk probly next saturday..give my body time to get adjusted to alittle further walk, and then keep adding onto it...still not sure how far it is..but its taking me 61 min to walk it..today i shaved off 2 min...so as i said hopefully by saturday i can add a few more blocks on ...went to gym did my hour ther...got on the scales an they are showing possibilities of moving down again by weigh in day...which is either friday or saturday...which ever day i choose...lol...to get the most outta the body...hope everyone else is having a GREATTTTTT DAY!!!!! MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!! 6. I AM WALKING THE WEIGHT OFF !!!!!!! 7. I'M DOING GREAT!!!!..WITH 66 POUNDS OFF, NOW I AM REFOCUSING TO WORK THE NEXT 66 POUNDS OFF!!! 8. I WORK THE UPPER PART OF MY BODY, THE DAYS IM NOT WALKING!!! 9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
