Worked night shift last night ...did real well on counting my calories...invited one of the gals from work to check out the site she sounded very interessted...love the food diary on here...back to work tomorrow..weigh-in three days away...nervous about how I've done...need to exercise some how..so tierd today five hrs sleep so I can sleep tonight to work next four days...wah wah...wish I had buddies on here so I knew someone was listening...God is with me! Thanx for listening!

You calorie intake is about right to lose moderately, but you might want to incorporate more protein foods, as protein boosts the metabolism - just a suggestion.
