Made it through first week of new challenge. Sneaking suspicion I gained a pound this week. I think my extra calories and less stringent carb counting for last 2 weeks has caught up with me. It's the frozen yogurt! Have to find something I can lean on that is conducive to my goal. Margaritas? hahaha (not really). I also need more fibre in my diet, Have to start taking supplemental again.
Very emotional week. After 16 yrs, my bus. partner and I split. Today was her last day. I am so sad. We are still best of friends but I will miss her. Have to get used to making all decisions myself. I used to fantasize about having the freedom to do that, no discussion, no running it up the flagpole, no back and forth, no persuading the other....Now, I am dreading it! Human nature...go figure!
