Im finding that that calorie counting is not as important as carb and protein counting. If I work hard to limit my carb intake to less than 100 grams a day I see results. Two weeks ago I just focused on the calories and actually gained 2 pounds and this week I lost 3 by not only looking at calories but also looking at the grams of Carbs.

I read somewhere you can do carb loading on days you exercise so I dont have to kiss crossients good bye forever :) Maybe have one carb loading day where I dont carb count but dont go nuts either. I stay within my calorie intake range but dont look at the carbs.
