I think WebMD's numbers for calories burned are more accurate than what FatSecret calculates for you, but if they're close stick with FS. And keep in mind that if you want to eat more calories each day, all you have to do is exercise enough to keep the same deficit & you'll still lose. The WebMD Fit-O-Meter is great for helping you find activites that will burn the amount of calories you want. Good luck!!
