well i walked 4 miles last night and i am so proud of my self to say the very least i got my happy endorphines going and i am even includeing 2-4 minutes of running in it too to really help boostthe calorie burning i am so going to be down next time i weigh my self i hope any way. well enough blabbing and this is for the weak we all can do this just tell our selves we can do it love shelly. :))))

Go Shelly! You are getting all of us started. I am going to take today off though. I have a lot of things that I need to do since I have today off. Tomorrow, I will be walking three miles with my girlfriend after work. It usually takes us about an hour to do the walk. Great going Shelly!
