Thanks. I'm trying to get my metabolism to a better point (highly insulin resistant still after 8 months on Keto-but much better than I was), so I'm fasting several days a week. I'm finding that doing it more than 48 hours (max 66 hours so far) is more effective because of extended periods without insulin than eating once or twice a day.
