Doing well. I started L carnitine supplements recently with someone on here suggesting it. They're expensive, but are good for weight loss probably the best vitamin supplement it says on the Internet too. There is Chromium Pic too, but this is one of the few things one can take to get energy. I will see in the long run if it does help with that... torrential rainstorm yesterday afternoon. My homepage on my computer keeps changing the temp location to another town way up in the mountains where it's ten degrees cooler than down here in the river valley. I got off of the other pages that had too much entertainment news in the past I had no concern for. I submitted a poem for a local newsletter today. Hopefully they'll accept it. I am going to try to exercise more as my back gets better. No more Cortisone shots ever though in my back.
