Well I have lost 1.6 eating the leeks. The main thing is the tight tummy is gone!! No bloat, it's squishy. LOL I never thought I would be happy about having a squishy tummy. To me that means it's going to start toning. I don't know it might be just me but having a tight bloated tummy feels like you will never get it toned.
Now on to the re-programing phase!! It really doesn't seem so far fetched when you feel differently immediately. The results, yeah that's great, but I can't express how much better I feel physically. I ate them Monday, nothing but leeks, the leek juice and water. 1/2 cup leeks when ever feeling hungry. I ended up eating 6 in all. 2 in 3 portions. Something else I did, in addition to adding fresh squeezed lemon, I sprinkled a dash of cayenne pepper. Made them just yummy!
In addition I started taking a vitamin I saw advertised on TV, One A Day Women's Metabolism. I don't know if it was the vitamin, or the just feeling so great from the leeks, but I have amazing energy!!
