Doing OK. My back is bothering me a lot. I will rest some more before work tonight. I probably need pain blocking shots. I will find out on Tuesday. The weather is about 80*, but after so many warmer days it seems unusually cool. I know now if my back wasn't bothering me I probably would move right away. If I can get them to heal it up I will try to move by next spring...

hope your back lets up ...hard to do or feel like doing anything when you cant move around...

Thanks loosin' - right now things are pretty rough. The pain is in the lower back and hips and is preventing me from exercising but I am doing OK, it was worse a few weeks ago. Next are pain-blocking shots I guess, my friend Debbie said they help tremendously...
