I am joining this website in hopes that it will once again motivate me to get serious again about my weight loss and health. I have really been off track for the last few months. Summer is right around the corner and this is absolutely the worst time of the year for me as far as gaining weight. With all the camping, bbq's, etc. its hard to keep on track. Also, I seem to loose energy and interest in exercising too. I need to make a change. This Summer WILL NOT be the same as the past. I know with God's help I can do this. I am excited to have found this website as a support tool.

Good for you! I have certainly found the website a help. You still have about 6 weeks til we truly call it Summer, - so that is a good amount of time to see a significant difference....Go for it!!!!
