It is so difficult to keep from becoming frustrated and just give up. The weight comes off so slowly. I try to keep motivated and tell myself that months will go by whether I chose to eat right or not. Sometimes weighing myself is discouraging. I avoid the scale for fear that it won't show any loss after days of zumba and running. My stupid knee keeps embarrasing me. I can be dancing along, running, or even just walking and it shoots right out from under me. It doesn't hurt, it's just so damned unreliable. I haven't been on track very long this time. But, I am not a very patient person. I am tired of hearing hurtful comments about my physical appearance. I am tired of not being able to get pregnant. I am tired of every time I go to a physician hearing the first thing out of their mouth being that I need to lose weight. Fat people know they are fat. We don't need people, even those with a ton of abbreviations behind their name, to point it out to us.
