Diario de loosinisfun, 28 jun. 08

THE DAYS JUST KEEP ON PASSIN!!!!!....gooood morning everyone...day 389...and im wakin up to saturday...headed to the gym for a workout in a few...i listened to the mp3 on exercise yesterday like 3 differnt times...wanting to get bck into a routine on my eating...wanting to make my eating like my exercise a daily routine that i can stay on track with...did really good yesterday and ended up with just 14 carbs for the whole day...doing my daily menu the day before, helps me in that i dont have to sit an add it in that day and i tend to eat pretty close to the same, with a few changes thru the week, but a simple change here an ther...got a box of dreamcicles in the freezer that was callin my name, but are 18g in carbs...but i resisted cause i knew that 18g + 14g...was wayyyyyyy to much...tryin to get it under 20 or less...not really doing atkins, but tryin to use the atkins idea of 20 carbs or less a day...we had storms last night...60 mile an hour winds and rain to go with it...dont mind the rain...but the way the wind was blowing...kept expectin to see somethin fly by...i had to go out after it was over an retie one of my mator plants...might loose the top outta one of them...it had like 6 little mators on it ..the size of my middle finger...and we had a flag blow down...but minor things compared to what it could of been...thats what happens when its humid thru the day an then the rain moves in....and we did need the rain...so we are good to go for several days on rain now...lol...well need to get movin in a few...and get my workout over with...want to check the scales today..see if i have any good news...or if i will have to wait till monday...sooooo...everyone have a great weekend...and enjoy it...catch you all later

addon: have decided to take a few days off from walkin...an have just been doing a hour at the gym...just got back from the gym an did bike for 30, then did treadmill for 30....i did step on the scales...and it did do alot of movin around..im hopin to record a loss on monday...time will tell...i dont mean to keep pushin the mp3s on exercise and eating, but for me and drd3775 and im not sure who else is listening to them to use to refocus, they are well worth the download...they do help....and they relax you so very very much...for any of you that are stressed out...well worth 15-20 minutes of listening to them....i have started listening to the eating one each day again...in fact i listened to the eating mp3...three times yesterday...i want to get into a daily routine of eatin like i do a daily routine of exercising...im tired of cheating myslf outta the loss...

2. I AM FIRST !!!!!
3. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
4. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
5. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
6. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD!!!
7. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!! AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
8. TAKING DAYS OFF ARE GOOD, GIVES MY BODY TIME TO HEAL FROM THE WORKOUTS !!!!!!
9. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
10. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
11. VISUALIZE YOURSLF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
12. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!

Scary storm..it's supposed to rain today here too. I know what you mean about the wind, we had a tornado touch down not far from here last month, so when it startes blowing and going, I get a little nervous! Great job on keeping yourself motivated and moving forward, and staying on track! I always look for your journals when I need inspiration!! Have a great day! :)

The weather has been crazy this year! It's been raining every day in my area too. Hope your garden survives! I planted a teeny garden this year. So far it's looking okay. Keeping my fingers crossed that I'll get some veggies out of it! :)
