GOOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING!!!!...day 390...wakin up to a cooler 68 outside this morning...just got breakfast over with, and no walk or workout today...so it will seem like a longer day...a day off from exercise..to give my body time to heal...have been listening religiously to the eating mp3..and ive been stayin on track really great..havent been cheating a bit..if i eat it i journal it...so feeling really good about my eating now..just feels so good to be on track with my eating again...and being more committed to not cheating...have gotten past the ice cream and the cookie cravings...yes theres ice cream in the freezer...but hoping mom will make it disappear...lol...i posted a few sites on yesterdays journal for anyone that wants to save the $$$$$ at the stores ....everything is gettin so expensive ...the vistacost site..is really great i use it as well as bully does...i get my protein mix ther..i was buying it at gnc and get it like 20 dollars cheaper even though i have a gold card from gnc...so well worth it...and shippin is only 5 dollars or so...product came in a week...im very happy with the site..and will use it again when i need to...the other sites i have been using to print online coupons from...if you cant print the coupons, you might have to install firefox as your web browser, and use it instead of internet explorer...really its a better browser then internet explorer...you can import your bookmarks over to it...i have both, but hardly ever use internet explorer any more...grass needs to be cut, but not sure if i will do that today or tomow...hate to cut it on sunday, but you gotta cut it when it needs it...well guess i need to do some surfing...see what kind of new things i can find...hope evryone has a great day!!!!....
addon: today is catch up day on fixing my chicken breasts, boiling eggs a few days ahead, and makin other meals ahead, so i dont have to stand in the kitchen eating whatever is easy to pick up while im cooking....helps a bunch to do it ahead like that...keeps me on track better!!!!!
