Ummm... depending on the quantities of each of those I’d say that could be possible...😇. Try again tomorrow but log your food before eating maybe? Good shedding!

Best meal ever! I might be partial to all my of the above and make it frequently 😊😋 portion control 👍 I love meatloaf so most times I will do a decent size and a bit of all above. Or go big on meatloaf, include veggies and smaller portions of potatoes. 😊

I didn't eat a lot of each but it didn't agree with me. It was at my parents house and my mother tends to load up the mashed potatoes with butter and milk. You're completely right that it's delicious food, though!
