Good morning, everyone. I had an omelet for breakfast, which is one of the best types of meals to have as it has protein and vitamins and gives one energy. Some parts of New England have received a foot of snow, only an inch or two on the ground here so that is good it will melt fast as it is supposed to be near 50* tomorrow. I have a busy day ahead. I have to register to vote here in my new town as there is a primary election for senator as John Kerry got the Secretary of State job, so we need to vote for someone to finish his term. Toto needs her tag too. Have a good day everyone, I may go to church in the evening they have a special service tonight, it depends on the snow. Dieting going well. I buy those 100 calorie bags of popcorn that I pop for a snack. Some bigger bags have over 500 calories. And it fills one up enough too. Have a good day everyone.
