Raspberry kombucha, love this the tart raspberries mixed well with the fermented taste of kombucha. Thanks Groatmeal for the flavor idea and keyten for baby scooby. #boochbuzzed

You add the scoby + starter tea to sweet tea to ferment for a week, then flavor for a second fermentation for 2 days. Keyten is better at explaining.

I am going to flavor one tonight with lavender and piloncillo. I’m super excited to see how this one turns out. Piloncillo is unprocessed sugar so it’s brown and has a deep molasses flavor. I made a lemon lavender one last week with organic cane sugar that was tasty like lavender soda with all the tea and probiotic benefits❣️

We drank our kombucha that we made. Out scoby baby is still going strong. Piloncillo is an excellent idea Moo! Welcome to the family Rosio. 😊 Keyten, if you want cinnamon, how about making a tea with cinnamon sticks? Use the soft bark sticks, not the hard bark. I make a canela tea using cinnamon and black tea with sugar. My mother-in-law always made it and that's who told me how to make it. I am going to use piloncillo next time I make it to make kombucha. Piloncillo is basically brown sugar, but like Moo said, less processed and not as sweet, in my opinion.
