I know they say don't weigh yourself every day but I don't care it keeps me focused. Each day I see my weight going down it just gives me such a buzz and if it does go up it just reinforces my determination to succeed.

I am the same. It's a pain when you know that you should, in theory, have lost weight and you have in fact gained. Then when you expect to stay the same, you have lost lol x

By weighing yourself every day you can track your ups and down I do that every day as well. I know after what food and that time of the month my weight goes up and its helps me mentally use to point that is normal for weight to go up and down, but still i feel so happy when its down even if its 200 grams 😂

I'm exactly the same girls. I was so gutted with my first week but it served to reinforce my resolve to do better. This morning I'd lost 3/4lb nothing major but I was elated. I know its not going to go down every day but as long as my weekly figures are lower than the previous weigh in that's good enough for me.

I have done this week because I want to see where my week goes wrong as I only seem to lose at weekends at the moment.
